Charles Schwab Challenge Winning Formula

The Charles Schwab Challenge is played each year at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas.

Colonial Country Club is a Par 70 that plays to over 7,200 yards. It is a true shot-maker’s course requiring players to shape the ball off the tee. It demands precision and rewards ball-strikers.

Fairways are tight and tree-lined with lots of dog-legs. Water is in play on six holes and the course is littered with strategically placed fairway bunkers. Length is not overly important but experience is crucial. A fast start is usually required and it is a tournament that suits the patient pro.
